Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all orders over £250. Orders under £250 must be paid in full.

Can I have my sign delivered?
Yes. We can delivery your products to the address your provide.
Can I provide my own artwork?
Absolutely! We accept a wide variety of formats. Vector artwork works best as this can be re-sized to any dimension without degrading the quality of the image. Alternatively a rasterised image such as a .jpg or .png will often work providing the artwork was designed to scale and saved at a high resolution (150+ DPI).

Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
Can you help if I have special colour matching needs?
Yes. Depending on the type of sign and product method used. We can typically match colours to your needs.
Please be aware that when viewing digital proofs of your sign, the colours displayed on your computer monitor can vary slightly to the actual printed colour. Please let us know if colour matching is an important part of your next project so we can create final colour correct samples for approval.
Also note, that due to the extra steps required to correctly colour match your product the time required to produce your sign will be increased. Please get in touch to discuss your colour matching requirements today.
Do I need special permissions for my sign?
Possibly. Fear not though, we’ll figure out exactly what you need and help you attain any permissions before the sign is installed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going in to production. Once items have been produced, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, contact us and we’ll will be happy to help.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Production times vary depending on the product you’ve ordered. If you have a specific deadline please let us know and we’ll do our very best to accomodate it.
What if I'm unhappy with my order?
If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact us and we’ll rerun your order.
If you’ve simply changed your mind, or no longer want the product we are unable to accept returns of custom printed items due to their unique nature.
If I'm getting livery for my van, how long will my vehicle be out of service?
Typically most vehicles can be lettered in one day, but depending on the complexity of the graphics/lettering being installed this can vary.
We can definitely work with you to minimise any downtime and get you back on the road showing off your new graphics asap.
Are there any sign or graphic design projects you're not able to help with?
